MAMPRE JOINS ENERGY UNIT AT A. EPSTEIN AND SONS INTERNATIONAL, INC.

William Mampre has been named Vice President/Energy Engineering at A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. announced Mickey Kupperman, President and CEO for the firm.

Mampre joins Epstein's Energy Engineering unit with over 20 years of extensive operations, engineering and business development experience in the pipeline industry with Unocal Pipeline Company. He most recently served as Vice President Operations at Unocal's Mokena, Illinois location where he managed and directed operations including strategic planning, business development, joint ventures, asset purchases, mergers, maintenance and engineering. Prior to that, Mampre served as a Division Manager and earlier as a Division Engineer for Unocal.

Epstein Energy Engineering to date has concentrated primarily on natural gas engineering projects including gathering, processing, storage, transportation and distribution. Mampre will be responsible for expanding those engineering services to include crude oil and refined products.

Mampre holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Dominican University.

Chicago-based A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. was founded in 1921 and is one of the world's largest architecture/engineering/construction and interior design companies. In addition to its Chicago headquarters, the firm has offices in Los Angeles, Warsaw, Tokyo and three in Israel. Epstein currently has projects-in-progress valued in excess of $1 billion.
