A. EPSTEIN AND SONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. WELCOMES COMCORP TO ITS
FAMILY OF DESIGN PROFESSIONALS

A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc., in a move to offer a broader scope of design services to forward-thinking companies, today announced that ComCorp, Inc., expert in the field of visual communications, has joined Epstein's family of design professionals. It will be known as ComCorp.

ComCorp serves a number of mid-size and large business customers - including several fortune 500 firms - with solutions to their visual communications challenges. They provide a variety of visual communication design services including but not limited to corporate identity and branding programs, environmental graphics, wayfinding analysis and full signage design programs.

"ComCorp is an excellent fit with Epstein's existing pool of design talent," said Mickey Kupperman, Epstein president and CEO. "In today's fast-paced business environment, ComCorp's visual communication skills combined with Epstein's existing architecture, engineering and interior design experience offer companies the 'complete package' when looking for design services."

The combination of Epstein and ComCorp is compelling because it speaks to both firms' common vision of offering companies the broadest base of design services. By combining Epstein's years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction management and interior design with ComCorp's expertise in corporate identity and branding as well as wayfinding and environmental design, companies needing this variety of services now can meet their design needs by using one firm.

"The addition of ComCorp's creative talent base to the Epstein team is a perfect match," said George Kubricht, ComCorp president. "As companies in a variety of industries look to one firm to provide them all the resources needed to create an attractive, accommodating environment, Epstein now can provide even more of those niche design services."

ComCorp looks to team with another Epstein company, Interior Space International (ISI), on a number of interiors projects. ISI serves as one of the nation's leading corporate interior design firms, providing award-winning design and space solutions to companies in various industries including retail, corporate, hospitality, medical and transportation.

ComCorp has created corporate identities for a number of companies including USFreightways Corporation, Motorola, and RDI Software Technologies, Inc. They have developed wayfinding solutions and full signage design programs for such notable clients as 3Com, Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, the Museum of Science and Industry and the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority.

Epstein/ISI has developed a number of design projects including the award-winning underground parking structure and Great Hall at Chicago's Museum of Science and Industry and on an international level, the Warsaw Financial Center in Warsaw, Poland. Epstein currently serves as the lead firm for the consortium designing the new terminal at Chicago Midway Airport.

A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. is an architecture, engineering, planning, construction and interior design firm now in its 80th year of service. Established in 1921 primarily as an engineering firm, Epstein has over the years evolved into a multi-disciplined consultant able to meet the comprehensive design needs of many different industries. In addition to its Chicago headquarters, the firm also maintains offices in Los Angeles, California; Warsaw, Poland; Tokyo, Japan and Tel Aviv, Haifa and Beer Sheba in Israel. Epstein currently has projects in progress valued at $1 billion.
