RANDALL J. THARP, AIA CHOSEN TO HEAD EPSTEIN'S CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

Randall Tharp, AIA has been chosen as Senior Vice President of the Construction unit of A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc. announced Mickey Kupperman, EPSTEIN's president and CEO.

"Randy brings a wealth of both technical and business development experience and expertise to the construction division of EPSTEIN," stated Kupperman. "He is poised to lead the firm's construction unit in new and exciting directions as the firm evolves to serve both new and established clients."

Tharp brings over 15 years of experience in the management and oversight of general contracting, design/build and construction management services to EPSTEIN. Most recently, he served as a project director for The Dobbins Group of Lake Forest, Illinois. Prior to that, Tharp was the director of corporate development and general manager for the Chicago office of Kajima Construction Services, Inc., the US subsidiary of Kajima Corporation (Japan), one of the world's largest building design and construction firms. There he lead the design and construction of warehouse/distribution, office, industrial and telecommunications projects totaling over 8 million square feet throughout Chicago and the entire Midwest region.

Tharp holds an MBA along with a Masters and Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Michigan/Ann Arbor, Michigan.
