ALLEN L. POMERANCE, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,APPOINTED EPSTEIN'S DIRECTOR - AVIATION GROUP
Allen L. Pomerance, P.E., Executive Vice President of A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc.(EPSTEIN), further has been appointed Director - Aviation Group announced John Patelski, president of the Chicago-based architecture and engineering firm.
Pomerance currently serves as principal-in-charge for the new passenger terminal and parking facility project at Chicago Midway Airport, slated for a 2004 completion. In this capacity he coordinates the efforts of the Midway Terminal Design Associates, the consortium of six firms designing and constructing the new terminal and parking structure. Pomerance also served as project manager for the award-winning United Airlines Terminal at Chicago O'Hare International Airport, completed in 1987.
Pomerance has over 30 years experience in project management, construction management, electrical design and engineering plus equipment selection and the installation of power systems. Pomerance has extensive experience in the aviation industry with additional experience on numerous transportation, food processing and distribution facilities projects.
Pomerance holds a BS in electrical engineering and is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers, and is on the Board of Directors for both the Electric Association of Metropolitan Chicago and the Consulting Electrical Engineers of Chicago.
