Brian A. Rener, PE Named Vice
President at Epstein
Brian A. Rener, PE has been named vice
president and chief electrical engineer for the mechanical/electrical/plumbing
engineering unit of A. Epstein and Sons International, Inc.
announced Epstein president John Patelski.
Rener, 39, a registered professional
engineer, brings more than 15 years of experience to Epstein
in the design, construction and management of commercial,
industrial, government and advanced technology facilities.
This includes all aspects of project management and electrical
engineering design specific to lighting, security, fire detection
and alarm systems plus power distribution design and analysis.
Rener has published a number of engineering design papers
and maintains leadership roles in several engineering societies.
Rener most recently served as an electrical
supervisor and project manager for Grumman/Butkus Associates
of Evanston, Illinois. Prior to Grumman/Butkus Associates
he was a senior electrical engineer for Teng & Associates
of Chicago. Previous to that Rener served as the director
of advanced technology facilities for P2S Engineers of Long
Beach, California.
Rener holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in electrical engineering from Michigan State University.
