Mark E. Bryant, 2004 IIDA ‘Ten
to Watch’ Future Leader, Named Vice President and Design
Director at Interior Space International
Mark E. Bryant, identified as one of the International Interior
Design Association’s (IIDA) 2004 ‘Ten to Watch’
Future Leaders, has been named vice president and design director
at Interior Space International (ISI), the interior design group
of architecture and engineering firm A. Epstein and Sons International,
Inc.
Bryant, 45, brings more than 20 years
of award-winning experience in interior design and project
leadership for numerous projects in wide-ranging industries
including corporate, retail, hospitality, entertainment and
healthcare to ISI.
“We are very excited to have Mark
as part of our award-winning design team as we continue the
growth the firm currently is experiencing,” stated Helen
Watts, ISI senior vice president.
Prior to joining ISI, Bryant served for nine years as senior
associate and regional design director for Gensler’s
Los Angeles office. Previous to that, he served as design
director for McClier Corporation in Chicago and as senior
designer at Perkins and Will. Among his recent projects are
new office spaces for Creative Artists Agency, Entravision
Communications and Oaktree Capital Management.
Bryant holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts
degree in architecture and design from Syracuse University.
His work has been published in numerous industry periodicals
including Interior Design, Architectural Record, Interiors
and Contract magazine. Awards and honors include the Chicago
Athenaeum Design Award and various IIDA and ASID design awards.
