Epstein’s architects and engineers developed new design concepts and improvements for an existing network of Petrom fuel distribution stations and related facilities throughout Romania. The petrol stations generally consist of fueling stations, small convenient stores and car wash facilities. Epstein is responsible for the design of modifications, repairs, renovations, and general upgrades to these stations. In addition to Epstein’s design and engineering role, Epstein is providing nationwide permitting services for this rebuilding program as well as construction administration.
