This project consists of two distinct, independent mid-rise office buildings comprising 50,000 square feet located above 50,000 square feet of retail space located in the central business district of Warsaw, Poland. There is a separate three level underground parking platform as well, bringing the total project area to 165,000 square feet. The master plan for the site integrates the complex into the difficult urban context of historic and modern buildings.
