Epstein assisted the Andrew Corporation with initial site selection and evaluation services for a new facility in the Czech Republic. While the project site mandated the use of the industrial park’s own design/build team, Epstein was retained to provide architectural and engineering design peer review during an aggressive eight month design and construction schedule. Additionally, construction site observation services were provided enabling the new 10,000 square meter manufacturing, production and office facility to be completed within five months.
