353 North Clark is a 45-story high-rise that will be built on a brownfield site that will utilize LEED(™) approved stormwater management solutions, as well as water efficient landscaping and a general reduction in water use. In addition to these site specific sustainable design ideas, the building itself will utilize recycled, regional and renewable materials. Lastly, the HVAC systems will utilize "green" air delivery monitoring, increased ventilation, temperature and ventilation controls, thermal comfort monitoring and low-emitting materials.
