The Epstein/ISI/neXt team was asked to develop a comprehensive retail/concessions plan for O'Hare International Airport, including the development of a consistent visual "theme" or identity that will unify the entire airport complex. A comprehensive interior design and planning program reshaped the interior landscape of the airport to incorporate the retail into the classic terminal design. The Epstein/ISI/neXt team also developed a concessions standards package that set define materials, design elements, and retail space standards for all retail and food concessions.
