Epstein is the lead engineering firm on a team of eight professional services firms providing professional engineering, surveying and geotechnical services to Chicago Department of Aviation (CDOA) for the coordination, layout, design, review and preparation of the construction documents for the removal of Existing Runway 18/36 from Taxiway H to Taxiway U, the construction of new Taxiway WT from existing Taxiway H to the new North Runway 9L/27R, the removal of existing Taxiway V and the construction of new Taxiway V, all located on airside operations at O’Hare International Airport. The Epstein Design Team will also coordinate with CDOA during bidding and provide construction support services for the construction of Taxiways WT and V.
