Epstein was retained by the City of Evanston to prepare a comprehensive analysis of the building’s systems, including site design and ADA code compliance, for this 70,000 square foot facility. The analysis provides direction for the development of a comprehensive report with regard to the current condition of the facility’s infrastructure. The report includes recommendations for facility renovation or new construction, development of estimated construction costs for required renovation improvements, as well as for new construction, and development of phasing plans for project implementation, including renovation and new construction.
