Epstein provided architecture and engineering services for the Glenview Phase III Public Works Building, representing the final phase of the master plan for the Village of Glenview, Illinois Public Works Department. The Phase III Building consists of a 25,000 square foot vehicle storage facility with a four-pump fueling station, including multiple storage tanks, and a 6,000 square foot employee facilities building.

Epstein received an Honor Award from the Society of American Registered Architects (SARA) for the design of this facility.
