Epstein was a member of the seven-firm project team which developed this $65-million expansion of the Miami Beach Convention Center. Epstein developed the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety design, and was also responsible for all site development for the facility. The expansion involved developing a 500,000 square foot, two-story addition to the Center's east side to house exhibition and meeting rooms. The addition doubled the Center's useable convention space to 1,000,000 square feet.
