In our original assignment, Epstein provided the architectural engineering services for T-Mobile’s Midwest region's largest 8,500 square foot wireless Chicago switch station with power rectifiers, UPS batteries, redundant N+1 air conditioning and the life safety/protection services including gas suppression, cross-zoned preaction dry sprinklers, and underfloor leak detection. In our current assignment, Epstein is providing due diligence and analysis of multiple T-Mobile switching sites in the Midwest. We are reviewing all existing mechanical and electrical systems including DC power and grounding to assess capacity and possible deficiencies. |
