Epstein provided design/build services for a 3-story, 60,000 square foot research and development facility. An existing on-site warehouse was converted into an R&D facility by using roof-raising techniques to maintain the existing structural framing. The project was completed on an extremely aggressive schedule, with a one-year span between preliminary planning and occupancy.
