Epstein provided design/build services for this 279,000 square foot tool bit manufacturing and office complex located in the Rockford area in Illinois. The site is comprised of two manufacturing buildings, one at 100,000 square feet and the other at 124,000 square feet. A 55,000 square foot marketing/administration building with an auditorium and showroom is also located on the approximately 30-acre site.
