  Epstein is providing construction services for a 27-acre, 195,525 square foot distribution center in suburban Los Angeles for FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. This facility will also have a 15,970 square foot office, a 5,693 square foot maintenance building and a 1,969 square foot Guard House. FedEx intends to use the premises for a small package delivery and sorting facility.
