Epstein provided architectural and engineering services for an 800,000 square foot fully-mechanized and air conditioned general merchandise distribution center, and a 20,000 square foot office support and worker welfare area. The project, located on an existing armory depot in Lathrop, California, was phased to integrate with existing utility infrastructure and to avoid disrupting existing functions during construction. Epstein also provided site supervision services during the construction administration phase of the project.
