Epstein provided design/build services for the development of a new Midwest Regional Distribution Center for Maytag Corporation located in North Liberty, Iowa. This new 750,000 square foot facility was developed to consolidate various smaller warehouse and distribution operations located at numerous Maytag plant locations within the region.
