Epstein provided architectural, structural, civil and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing engineering services, as well as process engineering design assistance, for the expansion of Keebler's existing Ice Cream Cone Manufacturing Plant located in Chicago, Illinois. Epstein designed and engineered a new 115,000 square foot infill addition for the manufacturing of ice cream cones and pie crusts. This addition links the existing 72,000 square foot plant with a recently purchased 76,000 square foot warehouse, creating a 264,000 square foot complex on a 13.38-acre site.
