Anchor produces frozen and fried vegetable and cheese-based snacks. Dramatic sales growth prompted Anchor to engage Epstein a few years ago. Since then we have worked with Anchor on several projects including master planning for two sites, multiple expansions of production facilities and office space, retrofits for new production lines, a USDA and FDA compliance study, a pilot plant preliminary study, and upgrading of wastewater pretreatment facilities.
