Epstein provided engineering and design services for a dairy processing facility at the Parnall Correctional Facility at Jackson, Michigan. The project involved converting an existing 12,000 square foot building located outside the security perimeter of the Parnall Correctional Facility into a new dairy processing plant. The dairy processing and packaging systems are sized to supply 44,165 inmates with 16 ounces of milk products and 12 ounces of fruit juices/fruit drinks per inmate per day.
