The plant contains an unloading zone with wash facility, chiller rooms and cold storage facilities, slaughtering and processing halls, and a shipping area with a separate vehicle wash station for refrigerated trucks used in shipping finished goods. Ekodrob uses the latest technology in slaughter and processing equipment, meets USDA and EC standards, and uses HACCP practices.
