neXt wayfinding + design was contracted by representatives of Chicago’s Union Station to provide a signage needs analysis of the train station and related facilities. This project included an analysis of the existing signage conditions, research into resolving current wayfinding issues and the development of strategies to improve the navigation for visitors and staff and the design of new signage.
