WMS Gaming’s wish was to create a dynamic, creative, flexible and functional space that embodied the “People First” philosophy and fostered employee satisfaction and retention. The design challenge was to express the client's culture while creating a space that was efficient and cost effective. The existing building's infrastructure played a critical role in the overall design through painted brick walls, painted concrete flooring and steel columns that were sandblasted and left exposed. High ceilings were left exposed and painted white to create a loft effect and old elements from the manufacturing facility were left intact.
