Epstein provided programming, design and construction management services for a 3-story, 60,000 square foot research and development facility. Epstein’s interior design division, ISI, provided architectural design and Epstein’s engineers and construction managers completed the team. The presence of an existing warehouse on the site was turned into a schedule and budget advantage by using roof-raising techniques to maintain the existing structural framing. The project was completed on an extremely aggressive schedule, with a one-year span between preliminary planning and occupancy.
