Epstein provided architectural and engineering services for the FDA’s new Forensic Chemistry Center located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This 64,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility includes first class forensic chemistry testing laboratories, administrative and laboratory technician office space, laboratory support and employee amenities, and secured underground parking. Epstein’s design provides the flexibility for future lab modification and expansion as needed, and was presented with an Award of Excellence by the Society of American Registered Architects.
