The Serta International Center is a 90,000 sf corporate headquarters/R&D facility located in suburban Chicago. Epstein provided interior and exterior lighting which included state-of-the-art lighting systems, including Tech-zone lighting in open office areas with T5 fluorescent, daylight dimming systems, LED hand rail and other accent lighting, and Pulse start metal halide in the R&D areas.
