Epstein conducted an extensive study to identify improvement opportunities in both operations and logistics. Perrier desired a long-term distribution center solution for their operations in the Northeast portion of the United States. The study determined the best method to distribute products to customers, determined the optimal number and location for distribution facilities, summarized the expected normal cost savings and developed a building and site selection checklist.
