Epstein served as both Associate Architect and Architect of Record for this new 125,000 square foot art museum in Chicago, Illinois. Epstein was responsible for the coordination and technical development of the contract documents as well as the field administration. The MCA provides 40,000 square feet of space to house the significant art collection and educational center, a 15,000 volume art library, a 350-seat auditorium/theater facility and a 39,000 square foot sculptural garden atop an underground parking structure.
