Epstein provided architectural design and civil engineering design services for a 125,000 square foot plastics and resin pigment manufacturing facility in West Chicago, Illinois. In addition to the architectural design, Epstein developed Request for Proposal documents for the bidding and selection of a design/build contractor. Epstein also provided design assistance and acted as the owner’s representative throughout the construction of the manufacturing facility.
