Epstein provided architectural, construction document and construction administration services for the economical redesign of the façade of Gladstone Factory located in a 1970s industrial park in Schaumburg, Illinois. We developed a frame and infill panel façade system that was clipped onto the façade and the entry was reoriented toward the parking lot.
