Epstein is providing architecture, full-service engineering design services and construction management for the United States' first Armstrong Titanium Reduction Process production facility for International Titanium Powder in Ottawa, Illinois. ITP has worked with manufacturers in both the commercial and defense sectors and anticipates that titanium and titanium alloy produced at this new facility will be used for products ranging from high-performance automobile brake rotors to armor for advanced army vehicles.
