Epstein served as the Architect and Engineer of Record for this mixed use facility which combines luxury residential units with retail and entertainment space in one location. The project includes 150,000 square feet of retail space topped by 100,000 square feet of residential and office space, plus 250 underground parking spaces. Located in Highland Park, Illinois, a north shore suburb of Chicago, this development reflects the desire of many older, affluent suburbs to maintain the feel of a main street in their downtown areas.
