Epstein provided architectural services as part of a design competition sponsored by the Chinese Government for this mixed use development in Guangdong. Epstein’s design was modeled on the “city plaza” concept, one that provides a pleasant environment for leisure, entertainment, shopping, and business. View corridors and generous open areas served as destination spots for people and helped channel pedestrian movement to various outdoor activities.
