Epstein is providing architectural and engineering services for this 322,920 square foot, 21 million € mixed-use development consisting of office space and retail outlets located in Bucharest, Romania. The facility is being developed on a brownfield site and will help to reinvigorate this rapidly developing part of Romania. The building is designed to provide maximum flexibility for the tenants. The underground floor, the ground floor and the mezzanine will have a retail use while the top floors will provide office space for over 1,000 people.
