Epstein has teamed with design architect, RTKL Chicago, and will be providing architectural services as the Executive Architect of Record for an 11-story mixed-use residential building along the Hudson River in West New York, New Jersey. The project consists of approximately 274 units with two stories of retail space and underground parking.
