Epstein is providing architect of record services for the retail and structured parking components of the Roosevelt Collection, a high-end mixed-used development located on an approximately 7.75 acre site in the South Loop area of Chicago, Illinois. The site is bound by the Metra track to the east, the elevated Roosevelt Road to the south, Wells Street to the west and the vacated portion of Taylor Street to the north. The project is comprised of five main components; Retail (approximately 361,000 gross square feet), Theater (95,000 gross square feet), Structured Parking (approximately 760,000 gross square feet with 1,700 spaces), Mid-Rise Apartments (approximately 335,000 gross square feet with 342 units), and Hi-Rise Apartments (approximately 435,000 gross square feet with 290 units).
