  Epstein-ISI is providing architect of record services and M/E/P engineering design services to Mill Creek Properties for the Union Village Mixed-Use Development in Pasadena, California. The project is comprised of two buildings: a multi-level, two to five-stories, 49,000 square-foot residential condominium building with 38 units; and a multi-level, two to six-story commercial office building totaling 69,000 square feet with ground floor retail and restaurant. The project includes a four-level subterranean parking garage. Located in Pasadena's Central District, Union Village will meet the City's sustainable design requirements, which match LEED certification standards, as well as Design Review Board criteria for architectural compatibility. RTKL Associates is the design architect for this development.
