annex|5, Epstein's architectural design studio, is providing full architectural services for the new Serta International Center to be located in the Prairie Stone Development in Hoffman Estates. The program consists of 60,000 square feet of office, showroom, and present-ation areas plus a 20,000 sguare foot research and development center for a total of 80,000 square feet. In addition to annex|5's role, Epstein is providing full-service engineering services and interior design services are being provided by ISI, Epstein's interior design subsidiary.
