Epstein is currently providing civil engineering design for 300 North LaSalle, a 60-story office high-rise in downtown Chicago. The civil project scope includes a sanitary sewer connection to the City of Chicago public sewer, dual water main services for the building domestic water and fire protection, and storm sewer routing to the Chicago River.
