Epstein provided project management and engineering services for a five-story, 1,300-car, above grade parking structure in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We worked closely with Rockwell’s construction manager on the design of the building systems, allowing the Construction Manager to develop a guaranteed maximum price. This process helped save two months on the original project schedule and saved approximately 5% of the construction budget due to value engineering sessions. This project received a Wisconsin Ready Mix Concrete Association Concrete Design Award.
