Under a turn-key contract between Epstein and the Polish
government, we provided design, equipment supply, and
construction for this 10,000 square meter fruit and vegetable
processing and freezing plant in Krakow, Poland. Epstein
services also included the selection, purchase, and installation
of all process equipment, the training of Polish personnel,
and start-up support. The freezing capacity is approximately
200 tons per day, with frozen storage capacity of 500
tons. Fruits processed include strawberries, raspberries,
and currants. |
