Epstein
designed, engineered and constructed the country’s
largest pork processing facility for Triumph Foods LLC,
a consortium of forty large Midwestern hog farmers,
who invested $130 million to build this 625,000 square
foot state-of-the-art facility on 56-acres in St. Joseph,
Missouri. The plant was designed to incorporate the
latest thinking in production equipment, systems and
facility design and offered the opportunity to design
for improved health, safety and efficiency. |
