Epstein served as Architect/Engineer of Record, as well as having provided structural engineering and project management services for this 33-story, 800-room high-rise hotel. The Hyatt Regency is connected to North America’s largest exhibition and meeting facility, the 2.2 million square foot McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois. The project team consisted of 20 consultants from around the country, all of which were managed by Epstein. The hotel includes 13,400 square feet of meeting space, a 12,000 square foot ballroom, and two 700 square foot boardrooms.
