Epstein is providing architectural design services to K. Hovnanian Homes for the development of Hudson Pointe South in North Bergen, New Jersey. The dramatic site is at the base of the Palisades, on the west bank of the Hudson River, with panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline. The project is a new twenty four unit condominium building of approximately 66,500 square feet. The site is a pie shape of approximately 18,000 square feet to the building setback line. The design provides four floors of residential units at six units per floor of approximately 1,800 square feet per unit. The residential floors sit above an enclosed garage on the ground floor with 41 parking spaces of which 5 are tandem.
