Epstein-ISI is providing interior design as well as MEP engineering services for the adaptive reuse of this 42-story skyscraper, the largest project of its kind in downtown Los Angeles. The upper 26-stories of this aluminum and concrete tower built in 1967 will be converted from offices to 402 live-work luxury condominiums.
