Epstein served as the architect and full-service engineer for this 19-story, 98,000 square foot condominium building as well as a single-story retail building of 3,700 square feet located on the near north side of Chicago, Illinois. The building includes 23 condominium units and three levels of parking, serving both the residential and retail spaces with separate entrances.
